Failed or duplicate payments
If money left your account but the wallet was not credited or the report was not delivered, the payment is either completed automatically within a few minutes or refunded to the original payment method by Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days. Write to us with the Razorpay payment ID if it takes longer.
Wallet recharges
- Unused wallet balance is refundable to the original payment method on request within 30 days of the recharge, minus payment gateway charges.
- Promotional or bonus credit is not refundable.
Consultations
- If an astrologer does not reply, the chat drops because of a technical fault on our side, or the session clearly violates our terms, you can request a review within 3 days from the chat page. We read the transcript and reply within 3 working days; approved refunds go to your wallet.
- Requests that are not accepted within 90 seconds are cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
- Disagreement with an astrologer's reading or prediction is not a ground for refund.
- You can end a chat at any time; minutes already started are charged.
AI astrologer
- If an AI question is not answered because of a fault, the charge is returned to your wallet automatically, usually within a few minutes.
- Answers that were delivered are not refundable because you disagree with them.
Reports
- Reports are digital and delivered instantly. If a report fails to generate, is incomplete, or contains an error caused by us, we fix it or refund it in full.
- Reports generated from details you entered incorrectly are not refundable, but if you write to us within 7 days we will correct the details once at no charge.
Cancellation
You can delete your account at any time from your account page or by email. Any refundable wallet balance is paid out as above.
