Reports
Paid reports are generated immediately after successful payment. They appear in your account under My reports, where you can read them online, print them or save them as PDF at any time, in any of our languages. A link is emailed to you.
Wallet recharges
The wallet is credited as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If confirmation is delayed, credit is applied automatically when Razorpay notifies us.
Consultations
Consultations are delivered as live online chat on bhagyastro.com or the BhagyAstro app, starting when the astrologer accepts your request. Transcripts remain in your account for 12 months.
