These terms are an agreement between you and Blogrator Web Service (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (registered at Malda, West Bengal, India). By using BhagyAstro you accept them.
Astrology disclaimer
Astrology is a traditional system of interpretation. Our astronomical calculations are precise, but readings, horoscopes, doshas, remedies and astrologers' advice are interpretations, not scientific predictions or guarantees. Do not use them as a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and do not make irreversible decisions based on them alone.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to create an account, pay, or consult an astrologer.
- Keep access to your email secure; anyone with your sign-in code can use your account.
- One person, one account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or to harass astrologers.
Wallet
- You add money to your BhagyAstro wallet through Razorpay. Where GST applies it is charged on the recharge and shown at checkout; consultations and reports paid from the wallet carry no further GST.
- Wallet balance can be used for consultations and reports on BhagyAstro only. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Consultations
- Astrologers on BhagyAstro are independent professionals who set their own per-minute rates. We verify their identity before listing them but do not control the content of their advice.
- Chats are charged per started minute at the rate shown when you start. You need enough balance for the minimum session shown on the astrologer's profile. The chat ends automatically when your balance runs out, and you can end it at any time.
- Be respectful. Do not share phone numbers, email addresses or payment requests in chat; these are masked automatically. Report any astrologer who asks for off-platform payment or sells remedies through fear.
- Astrologers must not give medical, legal or financial instructions, make guarantees, or pressure anyone to buy remedies. Violations lead to removal.
AI astrologer
- AI answers are generated by a computer program from your calculated birth chart. They can be wrong and are not advice from a human astrologer, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser.
- The price per question is shown before you ask and is charged from your wallet when you send a question; if no answer is produced, the charge is refunded to your wallet automatically.
- Each account's first question is free while the day's limited number of free questions lasts; after that the normal price applies.
For astrologers
- Astrologers are independent professionals, not employees of BhagyAstro. You set your own per-minute rate within the limits shown and receive the share of each paid minute agreed at approval (shown on your dashboard).
- Earnings can be withdrawn on request once they reach the minimum payout; we transfer them to your UPI or bank account, usually within 3 working days, after deducting any tax the law requires.
- Do not share or ask for contact details, take payments outside BhagyAstro, give medical, legal or financial instructions, make guarantees or sell remedies through fear. Refunds approved for a client reduce your earnings for that chat. Violations lead to suspension.
Reports
Paid reports are generated automatically from the birth details you enter, in the language you choose. Check the details before paying; a report for wrong details is not a fault in the report.
Acceptable use
You may use BhagyAstro for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated scraping that loads our servers heavily is not allowed. You may quote and link to our pages with attribution.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Blogrator Web Service (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.'s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Malda, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
